Greetings.

I've already published a 60-question long survey for my project. I've used both ways of distributing the survey's link.

1. Email invitation. The problem here is that I have a personal account and still the save&continue function doesn't seem to function properly

2. Sharing the link. I've used the Facebook Event feature to make the link public. I've tested the link two times through a friend of mine. The problem is that the answers take too long to appear in my overview panel. It has been a day since the submission of the filled out survey.

Shouldn't it be already included in my resposes??

Thank you for your helpEmbarassed

Hey Michael,

It sounds like these two issues may be related.  When taking a survey, you should see that it is In Progress in your survey overview.  When it has finished processing, it will be marked as Completed.  However, in times of heavy traffic, it can take longer than usual to process and our system mistakenly identifies it as an Abandon.  However, all your data is safe and the response will be marked as Completed once it is processed.

The Save and Continue email link works in a similar way.  When the response is finished processing, that link will bring you back to your survey and you will see your previous responses.  However, if you click on the link before it is processed, the survey will not display your previous answers.  Using this feature, the navigation buttons on the bottom of the page actually save the data.  This means that if you open a response up before it is processed, do not see your answers, and click on the navigation buttons, you will be saving over your responses that have not yet been processed.

Traffic is back to normal so you should be able to test your survey and the Save and Continue link easily now.
