Hi there,

I'm trying to run some reports from surveyGizmo.
I did not have much problems when I did it last month, but I have since started running it about 2 hours ago and the report is still not out. May I find out what could be the possible reasons?

There is not alot of data in my reports – max about 43 entries, so it shouldn't take that long really.

Any advice would be grateful!

Hi.

Our report runner decided to take a break. It's back at work now. You will need to re-run your reports that you tried to run earlier.
