Hello,
I am sure this is obvious, but I am trying to understand how to send my e-mail invite?? I see now that the invite must be approved. What is the usual turn around time? Once approved will it be sent to all contacts?
Thanks,
SQ

Hey, SQ!
Once your survey is ready, make sure to click into the “Email Invites” tab, create an invite, then set your email's content using the “Edit Content” button, and add contacts using the “Add Contacts” button. When all's said and done, click on the “Send” button and then select “Yes” to send the message. It'll go into approval, and then be sent.
Enjoy!

Never mind!! I see that it has been approved – but why does it save as New Invite rather than the name I saved it under? – this is where my confusion set in!

Hey, SQ!
Looking over your launched survey, i see three invites, all named “New Invite”, two of them don't have any contacts, and you're the only contact in the third. It looks like you may have forgotten to click the button to save your changes when you renamed the invite. That email invite with your email address was approved and sent, but we received a “GreyList/Deffered” status back from your server. I've emailed you the exact error message (I didn't want to post it in the forum to risk publicizing your email or server).
You can find more information about greylisting here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greylisting
If you haven't received the email, I might recommend setting up an SPF record to insure the best deliverability possible.
