Link Quota Automatically close after a specified number of completed responses
What is this?
Every method of publishing your survey has a unique link. Every one of these links can be limited to the number of responses it collects before that link is closed. The Response Quota in the link settings controls this. Once that link collects the quota configured for it, it will no longer allow new responses to be entered.
What it can do for you?
If you create a new email campaign it will have a unique link that gets sent out in the email text. Under Link Settings for that campaign will be a control: “Response Quota”. Setting this to 20 will ensure that no more than 20 responses come in from that specific email campaign.
