• Merge codes: You can now display an entire table question with a single merge code.
• Action logging. Survey actions now record success and errors and can be viewed in the Browse Responses screen. This includes ExactTarget and SalesForce integration.
• Continuous sum. It’s now possible to have an “Other” textbox for continuous sum questions.
• WordPress plugin. Has been updated to work on all WordPress installations.
• Apple Widget. Has been updated to work even if you have a large number of surveys.
• TURF analysis. It’s now possible to simulate combinations of 11 items at once.
• Custom matrix questions. You can now randomize rows within custom matrix questions.
• Accessibility improvement. Moving between pages, screen readers now focus properly at top of page.
• Security update. The SurveyGizmo network is now scanned daily by Hacker Safe for increased security.
• HTTP Post Piping. HTTP Post actions can be looped with piping. Perfect for event registration.
• Survey rich text editor updated.
• Time delayed autoresponders. Email autoresponders can now be set to send on a delayed timer. Perfect for sending email series.
• New site search using Google. Much better searches now–tutorials, blogs,forums in a tabbed interface.

• Bug fix. PDF report character set improvements.
• Lots of behind the scene improvements in how customers interact with SurveyGizmo.
• Old contact groups now display properly in survey reports.

Released April 2-16, 2008

• Export filtering. csv/Excel survey response exports now have access to filtering exactly like reports.
• Spanish translation of unsubscribe and CAN-SPAM footers now available. Thanks for the translation from our customer Webtools.com
• Resubscribes. Unsubscribed contacts in Email Invites can now be manually resubscribed.
• Randomize continuous sum questions. Now possible to randomize the options in continuous sum questions.
• Publishing tips and warnings added. Overflow warning, spell check helper, clear test data.
• Two upgrades. Survey to SalesForce.com integration: Dates and currency will now format into SalesForce.com format automatically. Multiple response questions can now be forced into SalesForce.com (like check boxes, etc.)
• Matrix reporting values. Can now specify reporting values for multiple select questions in a custom matrix.
• Permissions change. Now only Administrators can delete folders.
• New feature. Can freeze a question position within a randomized page.
• Smarter validation checks on radio buttons, check boxes and drop-down menus.

• Survey Email Invite contact export. Ability to download bounces, unsubscribes and survey status to Excel.

• Survey source report. A new option for Summary Reports to show all referring websites to your survey and the number of responses.
• Now able to reorder questions within Custom Groups.
• Improved “Add-as-Needed” reporting
• Calendar pop-ups now work with group questions.
• Now able to send attachments with autoresponders. Available to Enterprise accounts.
• Bug fix. “Include Partials “now properly runs when cookie does not exist.
• Survey builder feature upgrade. Label added for autoresponder and sms “Send by default.”
• Survey Taker Progress Bar Update. If using Disqualify function, the progress bar now correctly shows 100% complete.

• Scheduled reports. You can now rerun reports on a scheduled basis–hourly, daily, weekly, monthly. Released for Enterprise customers.
• Scheduled emailing of PDF Reports. You can now email up to 5 people a PDF version of the report with custom subject and body text of the email. Enterprise accounts.
• Report copying upgraded. The report copy feature now works with all report types.
• Faster report creation. Select All/Deselect All questions in report creation.
• Improved date filter in reports. Dates will now properly include current date when filtered.
• Bug fix. Show/when drop-down now displayed with proper question in the list.

• Responses in PDF: Responses can now be downloaded and printed in PDF format. Enterprise only.
• New Report Formats: Summary reports are now available in Word and PDF formats. Pro and Enterprise only
• Reporting Feature Update: After-the-fact duping of reports is improved
• Bug fix: “Other” responses to multiple choice questions will now show data over 120 characters
• Bug fix: Can now switch types in a matrix question without errors
• Reporting feature suppress statistics box: You can now turn on or off statistic boxes in summary reports.

• Script action is no longer as picky about syntax.
• Private domains URL’s remain consistent.
• Private domains will remember if a person has already taken survey. Will give survey respondents choice of editing his/her survey or starting over.
• Server speed is improved.
• Piped values now show up in reports.
• Invite merge codes have been added to the simple Piping Wizard.
• Version 2 csv export to text:
  • quotes are now properly escaped
  • can now filter by date range
• Charts now default from 0-100% on the Y axis. (Looks better!)
• Improved overall look of Advanced Options page
• Can disable Rich Text editor for Email Invites when needed.
• Enterprise customers had access to custom reports designs. We can match branding for your company.
• “Browse Responses” now has a “View All” feature whereby you can view up to 500 responses at once.
• Option in “Advanced Settings” to prevent search engines from indexing your survey, even if the survey link is published on a website.

• A TURF Simulator has been added for enterprise users. This calculates un-duplicated reach for multiple response questions.
• Report Titles you can now use Option Titles in your reports for Table Questions.
• CSV Export has been improved to show table a question’s top-level question and columns.
