Hi,
Can we edit (change/delete) response(s) for a question? E.g, respondent ID#007 answered “1″ to Q3, and I would like to change it to “2″.
It seems the higher plan offer quota control to avoid getting more interviews for a certain quota cell. Can you confirm? And also if yes, can the quota control based on combination of questions? e.g. quota limit for Q5=1 and Q6=2 is 150 (max. 150 interviews are allowed for that quota cell).
We opened a free acount and completed two interviews. Data exported to Excel appears to be garbage characters. Data is Chinese. Please advise.
Thanks
