How does the 14 day trial work?

With the 14 day trial, you have complete access to ALL of the features of a SurveyGizmo account. The only exception is that during the trial period you only have access to 25 responses. If you exceed your response limit during that time, you will need to upgrade to that account level in order to unlock the overflow responses. When your 14 day trial is over, if you have not already upgraded your account, will be given the option to at the end of your trial. We will not delete any data that you collected throughout your trial.

Can I upgrade after my trial is done?

Yes. You can upgrade your account any time during your trial as well as after your trial has expired. If you have any questions about upgrading, please give us a call at 800.609.6480 ext. 1 or email us at sales@sgizmo.com and we will be more than happy to help.

Do I have to sign a contract?

For a normal account, a contract is not required. You can upgrade and downgrade whenever you need. It is a month-to-month account and you can change it from a paying account to free account whenever you need. If you do need a contract, we offer those as well. How long will you store my data?

As long as you want! We won’t delete your SurveyGizmo data, even if you just have a free account. We’re awesome that way.
