1. The government is expected to receive £3-4bn from the auction of the 4G mobile phone spectrum (i.e. the next level up on the 3G standard). Today, shadow chancellor Ed Balls is expected to call for the £3-4bn 4G auction to fund housing. What do you think the money from the 4G auction should be used for?
