The Overseas Indian Facilitation Centre (OIFC) has mandated ICRA Management Consulting Services Limited (IMaCS) to conduct a survey of the overseas Indian Diaspora for assessing their interests and concerns regarding engaging with India economically and in knowledge sharing avenues.

Your inputs as given in this survey would be invaluable to the outcome of this study. A similar survey was conducted in 2011 in Singapore, UAE and USA. It was highly successful as respondents participated in large numbers and gave valuable feedback on improving relations with the Indian Diaspora. This 2nd Edition-survey focuses on countries of the following regions: Africa, Europe and Southeast Asia.

In this regard, we request you to participate in the survey to facilitate in the successful completion of the project.

The OIFC was set up by the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs (MOIA), in 2007, in partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). OIFC provides facilitation services to the overseas Indians, especially, for their economic engagement with India. OIFC is governed by a Council of prominent overseas Indians, industry leaders and senior policymakers from the Government of India and the State Governments.

With the credibility extended under the umbrella of the Government of India and an institutional industry chamber, coupled with the support of a network of 'knowledge partners', Indian states, Indian Overseas Missions and Indian Diaspora associations, OIFC serves as a focal point, especially, for the Diaspora professionals and small/mid-sized entrepreneurs to build strong inter-linkages with India and enables them to expand their economic engagement with India.
