You have qualified to add your voice to the Huffington Post/Over the Shoulder Smartphone Town Hall on Thursday, October 11th from 9:00-10:30 EST, 6:00-7:30 PST through the Over the Shoulder® smartphone application.

There are 3 things we need you to do to ensure you can participate:

1. Download the Over the Shoulder App using the instructions below

2. Log in to the Over the Shoulder app ASAP. You must be logged in BEFORE 8:00PM EST on Wednesday, October 11th

3. Watch the Vice Presidential Debate LIVE with your smartphone in hand, and the Over the Shoulder app open on your smartphone so that you can answer questions. Then check www.HuffingtonPost.com or follow @huffingtonpost to see results throughout the debate.

Here are the instructions to download and log in to the Over the Shoulder app.

It's easiest to do this now, FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE, so that you can install the app directly. We strongly encourage you to do this now, if you absolutely cannot, you will also receive an email with download instructions and login credentials.

Once you have installed the app, it will ask you for a username and password. Enter the username and password located at the BOTTOM of this page.

Remember, to answer the questions you must be watching the Vice Presidential Debate on Thursday, October 11th at 9:00PM EST.
