Students travelling overseas are covered by the University of Auckland Travel Policy for Students undertaking Activities Abroad (https://policies.auckland.ac.nz/policy-display-register/students-travelling-abroad-policy.pdf)

This policy requires students travelling overseas on University related activity to register their travel or book through the University preferred travel supplier Orbit (https://worldtravel.auckland.ac.nz/#/e-portal)

If you do not provide this information your travel may be deemed unauthorised and penalties may be imposed as outlined in Section 14.
