Grantee Survey for the Indiana Arts Commission

The following questions, albeit condensed, were originally asked throughout the state during a 2010 study of the arts in Indiana. The goal of this brief follow-up survey is to keep current with the needs and issues of Indiana arts organizations in a consistent manner so we can measure trends over different years. The survey should take no more than eight minutes of your time. Thank you for helping us improve our future programs!
