By submitting this application, and reading and checking off the agreement terms below, I understand and agree to the terms and conditions associated with a Vandal (non-expiring) permit. *This question is required.

• I understand the only way to stop payroll deduction for my Vandal permit is to return the physical permit to the Parking Office.
• I understand that if I leave the University, I am still responsible for and will continue to be billed the current price of my Vandal permit until I return the physical permit to the Parking Office, unpaid balances owed will be submitted to collections.
• If I lose my Vandal permit or it is stolen, I understand that I must complete a lost/stolen affidavit in order to get a new permit.
• I understand that if I recover a parking permit in which I reported lost/stolen it must be returned to the Parking Office and that failure to do so will result in fines and/or criminal activity.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to follow University parking regulations, as now existing or amended; regulations are posted at www.uidaho.edu/parking.
• I understand that I am responsible for all citations issued to my vehicle or any vehicle that my permit is displayed in at time of citation unless permit is reported stolen.
• I understand that the University is authorized to post citation fees to my University account or to deduct from my gross salary any fees that I owe due to violation of University parking rules and regulations.
• I understand it is my responsibility to check my University account for ticket activity.
• I understand that lot maintenance throughout the year will be announced by signage; failure to move my vehicle as requested may result in vehicle relocation at my expense.
• I will display my Vandal Permit in the lower, driver's side windshield.
