University of Idaho Health & Recreation Fair Vendor Application

Will you participate as an exhibitor at the event?
There is a $30 booth fee for off-campus vendors. Upon completion of this form, you will receive an email link to the UI Marketplace. Registration is not complete until payment is made.
Will you need electricity at your booth?
 Please bring your own extension cord.
Will you provide door prize(s) for the Health & Rec Fair prize drawing?
 
Are these prizes intended for a specific demographic?
Will you need a parking pass?
One parking pass will be provided per organization. Parking spaces are limited. Loading zones will be marked.
All exhibitors will be provided an 8-foot table and 2 chairs.
 I need more space than provided.
