We want to take your needs into account as we continue to develop our training calendar of advanced CMMI courses. In particular, we'd like your input on scheduling the following advanced courses.

We would also like to provide our partners with demand data that they can use for scheduling their public offerings of our Introduction to CMMI for Development (CMMI-DEV) and Introduction to CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC) courses.

Intermediate Concepts of CMMI
This five-day course introduces engineers, engineering process group (e.g., EPG, SEPG) members, services providers, candidate lead appraisers, candidate CMMI instructors, and others to detailed CMMI concepts, including the relationships among CMMI model components.

Understanding CMMI High Maturity Practices
Apart from the CMMI models themselves, this 4-day course is the definitive source of information about CMMI levels 4 and 5 (i.e., high maturity). If your organization is or plans to be a high-performance organization that consistently uses high maturity practices, this course is a must. This course describes the characteristics of high maturity and provides detailed explanations of the concepts and practices at maturity levels 4-5, including examples of how statistical methods and tools can be applied to assist in the proper implementation of these practices. managing, and improving processes. Process-performance baselines, process-performance models, control charts and other techniques are explained and their use is demonstrated through examples and exercises.

Instructor Training for CMMI
This three-day course introduces those interested in becoming CMMI Institute-certified CMMI instructors to details of the CMMI model and the Introduction to CMMI courses. Candidate instructors must have an evident in-depth understanding of the CMMI model as well as effective teaching and facilitation skills to satisfactorily complete this course.

SCAMPI Lead Appraiser Training
This five-day course prepares participants to become lead appraisers by introducing participants to the concepts and details of the SCAMPI (Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement) method. After attending the course, participants will qualify as candidate SCAMPI lead appraisers.

Learner Centered Instructor Orientation Session
These 2-day sessions review the learner-centered Intro to CMMI-DEV and Introduction to CMMI-SVC course formats, organization, materials, and exercises, and is required for anyone who wants to deliver these courses.
