The Closing the Gender Gap initiative seeks to engage all YGLs in taking specific actions to close the gender gap in their spheres of influence. We have identified women on corporate boards as an area that needs improvement, and one in which we hope that the YGL community is particularly well suited to help. Please take a few moments to help us to develop a mechanism to use the YGL network to close the gender gap on corporate boards. Your answers will help us to develop a resource list of women YGLs who can fill board seats, and companies where YGLs can help to identify women who might be good fits for their boards.
