Process going forward:

A minimum of 10 host sites must be secured by TSLAC.
If enough sites are interested in hosting, we'll process the purchase requisition with ALA.
ALA will be in contact with our list of host sites. Registration is normally required with ALA in order to get the workshop log-on.
TSLAC will also be in contact with the host sites to verify who is a host site and to pass on the online sign-in sheet and online evaluation survey. We'll publish the list of host sites to our blog and we encourage anyone that wants to attend to email their desired location's site coordinator.
Site coordinator does not have to do a bunch of marketing locally, but we do desire that you at least email nearby libraries and colleagues to let them know you're hosting.
Cancellation - if you cannot get 3 people to attend at your site or find that another location very close to you is hosting, then please let us know. We often have libraries that express interest after we've processed the purchase requisition with ALA. We put them on a waiting list and add them should your site cancel.
If your organization has mutliple sites or branches, they may sign up separately as long as at least 3 people can likely attend at each location.
