Requirements for active sisters and recent graduates interviewing alumnae through the Informational Interview Program:
− Once connected with an alumna, initiate scheduling the informational interview
− Communicate professionally and respectfully with your alumna interviewee
− Be prepared for the interview by having a thoughtful list of questions
− Ask appropriate questions (e.g. do NOT ask for a job; on sensitive topics, such as pay, avoid it or ask what's standard for the industry rather than the alumna's personal information)
− Respect the alumna's time – be prompt and stick to 30 minutes

Requirements for alumnae being interviewed through the Informational Interview Program:
− Willing to devote roughly two hours, via four 30 minute interviews, to participating in the Program
− Respond to active/recent graduate interviewer requests to schedule the interview within 1 week
− Spend a few minutes at the beginning of each interview getting to know the interviewer
− Be as open and honest (while encouraging) as possible in sharing experiences and giving advice

Requirements for mentees in the E-Mentoring Program:
− Commit to participating from sign-up through April
− Once paired, initiate scheduling an email/phone "meeting" and each month's email e-discussion
− Communicate professionally and respectfully with your alumna mentor
− Ask appropriate questions (e.g. do NOT ask for a job)
− Respect the alumna's time – respond to her emails in a timely fashion

Requirements for mentors in the E-Mentoring Program:
− Commit to participating from sign-up through April and devoting roughly two hours per month
− Respond to your mentee's monthly email within one week, at the latest
− Put effort into getting to know your mentee and tailor your advice and responses to her goals
− Be as open and honest (while encouraging) as possible in sharing experiences and giving advice
