Coastal Cleanup Day Survey 2013

The California Coastal Cleanup Program would like to know more about our volunteers. Please help us by completing the following survey. Survey responders (who leave contact information) will automatically be entered into a drawing for a $100 VISA gift card, plus a "coast-lover prize package." Contact information will not be used for other purposes unless you request that we keep in touch.

Prize package will include, among other goodies, a Coastal Cleanup poster, t-shirt, baseball cap, a zippered (organic cotton) canvas tote bag, a water bottle from Camelbak, and a Gaiam yoga mat. (Must be 13 years or over and U.S. Citizen to enter drawing, no purchase necessary, void where prohibited. Here is a link to the complete rules.)
