Members Ask - Building a Clubhouse

This week, Cathy Cunningham of Camp James, is asking you for advice. Camp James is doing a good bit of club business, but they don't have a club house and would like to build one.

"We are a small park, and currently do not have a clubhouse or meeting area, but know that clubs like a place to gather, play cards and/or prepare food for potlucks. Our groups average 30 sites, so around 60 people. We would like to do a building that also has a covered area outside, so we could have clubs in any season. We would like to get some feedback from parks that have a clubhouse/meeting area with maybe a cooking and/or barbeque area, to see how they set it up in the first place."
