Urban Agriculture Survey II

SURVEY BACKGROUND:
Please use this questionnaire as an opportunity to provide comments on the direction that the Urban Agriculture Phase Two proposals are taking so that we can utilize community feedback to guide the proposals and policies of the City. Your input is very important and will guide the next phase of this project as staff develops the actual Code language!
How this questionnaire is organized:
There are three components of the survey, structured to (1) identify key demographic characteristics, and solicit feedback pertaining to both (2) farm animal and (3) hoop house regulations. For farm animals and hoop houses, we will provide a brief description of the current code and potential changes, and then specific questions will be asked regarding this direction. The survey consists of 20 questions in total and is expected to take no more than 15 minutes.
The questionnaire is available online at
www.fcgov.com/urbanagriculture. To be included in the public review summary, comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 30, 2013.
