TRIAL EXTENDED
The Operations Performance Improvement Team have developed this Online Group Inspection tool to trial, with the intention of incorporating it in to the Section 29 Online Inspection Reporting system commencing 1 July 2014.
The trial has been developed in the form of a questionnaire based on various paper based reports currently in use across the state and will run from 1 January 2014.
The online system allows the inspecting officer to record answers, comments and actions. It also allows the review of information entered (including a PDF version for download), then forwards a link to the Operations Manager for further review and sign-off, followed by a final version of the report in PDF format emailed to the Inspecting Officer and Operations Manager. The original intention was to trial it in one district, but on further consideration we have now made it available to all districts at the discretion of the OM / Inspecting Officer.
