Negotiation Preferences Test

Thanks for your interest in the Negotiation Preferences Test.

The purpose of this assessment is to help you build a sense of what elements of a negotiation process you seem most comfortable with, perhaps because of skills or habits you have developed. With an understanding of what you tend to do in negotiations, you may then consider ways to expand your repertoire and enhance your skills. This assessment is not intended to determine why you tend to make certain choices or to classify you as a certain type of negotiator. It also does not rate your abilities as "better" or "worse". It is a way to raise your self-awareness and help identify areas to work on.

By responding to the Negotiation Preferences Test you agree to have your responses recorded in our database. We will use your responses to prepare your individual Negotiation Preferences Report. Otherwise, data will be used in aggregate form only for research analyses that may provide insights on how different groups of people tend to behave.
