Project Overview
A global organization would like to speak to marketing professionals and software engineers about their jobs and careers in order to better understand how to recruit and retain talent in these fields. The research sponsor is not a recruiting or headhunter firm, nor will any recruiting or headhunting solicitations be made as part of this research. All personal information provided during this project will be destroyed afterwards.
Format
Participants will participate in an online bulletin board discussion, which will be held on February 25 – 28, 2014. They will be able to log on to the bulletin board and participate at any time that is convenient for them. However, they must log onto the bulletin board at least once a day and spend an hour on all 4 days as there will be different questions posted.
There will also be a very brief and creative homework assignment on understanding career aspirations, which must be complete before the start of the online discussions on February 25th.
