Race to the Top Executive Committee Nomination Form

Race to the Top (RTT-D) – Road Map Consortium
Executive Committee Selection Process -- Nominations Are Now Open
For 1 District Management Leader Representative
May 2014

In December 2012, the Road Map Consortium was awarded a $40 million Race to the Top- District grant from the U.S. Department of Education. The complete grant application can be found at http://roadmapracetothetop.org . In the RTT-D, Road Map Consortium grant application, the Consortium committed to establishing an Executive Committee as the Consortium’s governance structure to oversee the grant’s implementation. The Consortium established the Committee in February 2013. There is now one vacancy on the Committee for one of the three District Management Leader positions.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) included in the Race to the Top Consortium grant application, nominating the nine-member Executive Committee is the responsibility of the MOU signatories and key community partners. Conducting the election of the Executive Committee is the responsibility of the PSESD according to the MOU. Signatories of the RTTT MOU will vote on the nominees to select the representatives to serve on the Executive Committee.
