Administration: Help in our office with various admin tasks, like filing, data entry, mailing, organizing.
Events: Traditions Ball in November, Race for Traditions in April. Solicit sponsors, donors, and auction items. Help execute day of duties.
Marketing/Social Media: Manage Google Analytics, SEO, and Hootsuite, researching and developing content.
Fundraising: Manage our endurance fundraising program, Identify potential individuals, organizations, or businesses to hold external events to benefit Family Lives On, create your own external event to benefit Family Lives On.
Research: Identify opportunities for potential grants, corporate sponsorship, partnerships, and funding. Research current grief/bereavement related data/studies.
Tradition Coordinator: Tradition Coordinators ensure that children in our program have everything they need to continue their special tradition. This role involves shopping for various items needed for the child’s tradition, assembling the tradition package in a fun and inviting way, and shipping it to the family. It is a very flexible opportunity that can fit into any schedule.
Advocate for Family Lives On: Educate the community/your network about Family Lives On Foundation and our Tradition Program. Encourage volunteerism/involvement with Family Lives On at your place of employment, church, social group, etc.
Family Meeting Support: Assist on Skype calls with new children entering the program. Volunteer will engage in and take notes on Skype meetings. After the call, the volunteer will conduct research on items and write up a report about the meeting to have a Tradition(s) Approved! This is a position that is done in office, typically on evenings.
