HOA Sprinkler Audit Registration

Fort Collins Utilities offers free sprinkler audits for homeowner associations. Each audit can last up to four hours. Participants must be City of Fort Collins customers, including those served water by ELCO and Fort Collins Loveland water districts.

Auditor will:
Inspect sprinkler zones for coverage and problems.
Check controller(s) for run times and explain features.
Test static and operating pressures.
Offer recommendations and ideas to improve water efficiency.

How to prepare for the audit:
Make sure the sprinkler system is in good working order.
Have HOA representative available for the entire audit.
Have locations and keys to access all controllers.
Gather property maps and irrigation plans, if available.
Identify problem areas.
