Thank you for your interest in having your program or measurement tool added to an existing topic area on the CEBC website.

Programs:

Due to the high demand for programs to be added, the CEBC will likely only review programs that have at least one randomized control trial conducted on the outcomes of the program that has been published in a peer-reviewed journal (acceptance of the paper by the journal is allowed, with proof of acceptance/in press status).

All required information must be submitted to programs@cebc4cw.org by Friday, November 17, 2023 (11:59 pm PT) for a program to be considered. This includes accomplishing both of the following:

Completing the entire program questionnaire (OpenSubmissionQuestionnaire2023.docx): Please note that you must answer all sections of the questionnaire. Providing links or references to websites, books, or other information for further review by the CEBC staff will not be considered answering the questions. Partially completed submissions will not be reviewed. If the instructions on the questionnaire are unclear, please refer to entries of programs that are already on the website for examples of the type of information the CEBC is expecting for each question. Please return the questionnaire as a Microsoft Word document (not a PDF)
Submitting PDF copies of all the published, peer-reviewed research articles that are cited in the relevant research section of the questionnaire: If you are submitting an “in press” article, please include a PDF of the acceptance letter or email from the publication. In addition to at least one research article reporting the findings of a randomized controlled trial that was published in a peer-reviewed journal, please include all other published, peer-reviewed articles reporting the results of research studies on your program as well.

The completed questionnaire (see link above) and all of the copies of the research articles should be sent to programs@cebc4cw.org

Measurement Tools:

If you are submitting a measurement tool, please contact programs@cebc4cw.org directly for further instructions, as you will need to submit a different questionnaire. All required information must be submitted to programs@cebc4cw.org by Friday, November 17th (11:59 pm PT) for a measurement tool to be considered.

The Review Process

The review process for the programs and measurement tools will begin after January 1st and will take at least 6 months.

If you have questions about the process, please use the Contact CEBC link on the CEBC website to submit your question using the “Other” option under reason for contacting.

A copy of these instructions will be emailed to the address you entered on the previous page.
