Deakin invites you to evaluate its 2014 Open Day activities. You may do so anonymously or at the end of the survey you may enter your personal information (a minimum of name, postcode and email address) to go into the draw to win one of five $100 pre-paid VISA cards.
Collection Statement
If you choose to enter the Open Day survey prize draw, your personal details will be used to administer the random Open Day prize draw, and to contact you if you are a winner. The winners name will be published on the Deakin website. Deakin will also use the personal information you provide for market analysis, to inform you of upcoming prospective student events and news, and planning purposes. Results of this survey will be reported in summarised form and no information which identifies you or any other participant is disclosed in the survey reports.
