Amarillo Customer Service & Support Position

Culligan Route Delivery Driver Application

Are you a people person - charming, charismatic and chatty?

Do you have a nice appearance? (we supply the uniforms and the truck, you supply the professionalism)

Are you sharp enough to learn some basic technical skills? (we can teach if you can learn)

If so, we have a position in Culligan Customer Service & Support for you!

This position involves doing basic service work on Culligan water equipment ... adjusting, testing & minor repairs (like we said, if you can learn we can teach) ... this isn't a lot of heavy lifting, mostly making sure equipment is adjusted correctly and operating properly.

You will also be solving customer problems ... customers need water tested, want to add an additional piece of equipment and need advice or have an older model that needs to be replaced ... and we have great customers, you'll love 'em too.

This postion includes both sales and service and involves:
  • Well water testing
  • Following up after installs including gathering referrals & testimonials
  • Following up with LEADS & related marketing calls
How you'll know you're doing a good job:
  • Follow up calls made by the office after service
  • Commissions for new customers
  • Commissions for upgrades including trade-ins & additional services
  • Commissions for add-on services like faucet upgrades, salt & service
We have openings for full time. Hours are flexible (but we try and accommodate our customers first)

Pay is base salary + plus commissions and bonus.

For the record, we've been in the Texas Panhandle taking care of water since September 1940... that's 75 years of continuously serving our customers. We love our customers, we take great care of them and we plan to be here for another 75 years (and then some).
