Introduction

Research into the Role of Design in Service Innovation and Development
This questionnaire is part of an Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) scoping study to investigate Design’s role in Service Innovation and Development with Lancaster University, University of the Arts London, the Design Council and the Service Design Network. The aim of this questionnaire is to investigate design's role in service innovation and development. 

The questionnaire is divided into two sections. The first section asks general background information about the agency. In the second section, the focus is on one project that best represent your agency’s service design practices.

All of your responses will be kept anonymous and are only for use in the publications that forms part of the DeSID project. We thank you in advance for your valued participation. The following questionnaire will only take about 20 minutes to complete but will provide us with valuable information.
