Culler Technology Pilot Parent Survey

Background

We would like to collect some information about your child's technology use at home. This information will be used to improve the effectiveness of technology use at Culler and other LPS schools. As you take a few moments to answer the following questions, please think about ONE specific child (if you have more than one child attending Culler, feel free to use the link more than once, answering the survey for each different child). Your responses will remain anonymous. Summary results will be provided to LPS staff.
