Introduction

The Village of Midlothian is conducting a survey of property owners, residents and businesses in the Village. The focus of the survey is water as it affects the village – e.g. wet basements and flooding, foundation cracks or damage, leaking pipes, eroded or damaged streams or creeks, and water bills. In addition to gathering your views on water-related problems, we are asking your views on the broader issues that affect you in the Village.

This survey is being administered by the Center for Neighborhood Technology (www.cnt.org), a local non-profit.

The survey is voluntary and can be completed by anyone who owns or rents property in the Village. Your address and any personal information will be confidential, and your information will not be made public. All information collected will be used in aggregate to help identify where there are problems, what the problems are, and how we can plan for cost effective solutions.

This online survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Paper copies of this survey are also available at the Village Hall and public library. For assistance, call (773) 299 – 7660 during regular business hours.

The survey deadline is December 19th 2014.
