Questions in part A consist of general demographic information, while part B follows a Likert-type scale response in which three factors are explored; (i) Ability; (ii) Knowledge; and (iii) Psychology. Part C of the questionnaire involves the ranking of the Key Success Factors. A total of 39 items are examined in all.
