Explanation: RCHSD has implemented a policy that requires each person in a position to control the content of a CME activity to disclose all relevant financial relationships with any commercial interest, i.e., have you (or your spouse/partner) had a personal financial relationship in the last 12 months with a commercial interest that produces, markets, re-sells, or distributes health care goods (primarily pharmaceutical products) or services consumed by, or used on patients that will be discussed in this CME activity (planner) or in your presentation (speaker / author)? Conflicts of Interest that are disclosed will be reviewed and addressed prior to the CME activity.
