Every organization has some type of ecosystem, and every ecosystem is unique to its organization.

Definitions:
- A learning and performance ecosystem enhances individual and organizational effectiveness by connecting people, and supporting them with a broad range of content, processes, and technologies to drive performance.
- Learning and performance solutions are interventions that can be delivered through a learning and performance ecosystem. They include, but are not limited to, formal learning programs, performance support, social media for learning, searchable knowledge bases, access to experts, and talent management solutions.
