2014 Lynton Colloquium RFRP

The Center for Engaged Democracy will support research in Student Outcomes, Leadership, and Inclusion in the coming year through three research grants of up to $5,000 per research project. Researchers submitting successful proposals must agree to 2 virtual meetings with the Lynton team and to present their research at the 2015 Lynton Colloquium. 1. Project Title: Identify which research priority (student outcomes, leadership, structures of inclusion) the project addresses. *This question is required.

2. Principle Investigator and Co-Principle Investigator(s): List the principle investigator and co-principle investigators' name, title, institution, address, city/state/zip code, phone number, and email address. *This question is required.

3. Title Page: Include an abstract of the proposed research project. *This question is required.

4. Research Funds Requested: List each budget item and the cost, the project's total cost, and a budget narrative of no more than 200 words. *This question is required.

5. Problem statement and clear guiding research question(s): No more than 250 words. *This question is required.

6. Literature review including how the proposed study advances knowledge of the issue: No more than 500 words. *This question is required.

7. Methodology : Outline the methodological design of the proposed study. No more than 250 words. *This question is required.
