The Office of Student Services is conducting a survey to help determine your interests in activities while at Southeast. Please take a few minutes to answer each question and share your thoughts and suggestions. Your responses will assist us in providing exciting entertainment at your campus.
2. How involved would you like to be in campus activities/events? *This question is required.
3. Please choose the times that you would most likely attend campus activities/events. (select all times that apply) *This question is required.
4. Please choose the days of the week when you most likely could attend activities/events on campus. (select all that apply) *This question is required.
5. From the options on the left, choose your top 5 student activities/events that you would most like to see at Southeast. Click on them and drag them to the right. Rank your 5 choices in order from 1 to 5 based on your preferences. Order the items from the following list. First select an item with the spacebar to show a menu of possible ranking positions. Next, click a ranking position to order it in the ranked list. Note the menu will display more ordering options as you add items to the ranked list.
6. Please list any other ideas that you have for activities/events below. (If none, please leave blank.)
7. Please select your top 2 music genres from the choices on the left. Click on them and drag them to the right. Please select 2 only and rank them 1 and 2 based on your preferences.
