3. Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? "Contracting with a trash hauler like Deffenbaugh is an essential duty of a Homes Association in Johnson County" *This question is required.
4. What are the annual dues for homeowners in the Oak Hill Homes Association? *This question is required.
5. Were you aware that it has been at least 20 years since the last annual dues increase in Oak Hill? *This question is required.
6. The Oak Hill Homes Association Board is currently faced with increased annual costs of trash, landscaping and pool services. Several capital expenditure projects for landscaping and pool repairs would also deplete the HOA's reserves. With that knowledge, would you be in favor of a modest increase of annual dues by $50? *This question is required.
