Distinguished Award for Innovative College Science Teaching

This award is presented to an outstanding college-level science teacher who exhibits a passion for innovative science teaching, and is awarded annually by the Hoosier Association of Science Teachers, Inc. 

In addition to the honor of being selected for this prestigious award, HASTI will present a cash award of $100, a one-year HASTI membership, and a recognition plaque to the recipient. 

NOMINATION CRITERIA 

• Nominees must be full time classroom teachers in the State of Indiana
• Nominees must have 10 or fewer years of teaching experience (certified college level science teachers)
• Nominator must be a current HASTI member (you will be asked to provide your HASTI member number)
• Nominee may be a HASTI member, but is not required to be
