Advice and Information Service Questionnaire

Welcome

The Big Lottery and Cabinet Office, as part of a national initiative, have allocated resources to help advice and information providers improve services to customers. In Wiltshire this is being taken forward by the Resilient Advice Services project (RAS) - for further information please visit www.raswiltshire.org.uk

However, firstly a clear picture of the current situation is needed and this is the purpose of the following questionnaire. The information received can be used to:
- Share amongst providers to increase awareness and help ensure customers are correctly signposted where necessary to other organisations.
- Publicise services available through information, leaflets and online.

In addition, we can also look at ways which will help us work more closely together and whether there are service quality standards which we could develop and introduce. Deadline for completion is Friday 16th January 2015.
