Announcing: “Meeting of the Minds” Fourth Annual Student Research SymposiumProcedures and Guidelines 

Purpose: The symposium is held to promote excellence in undergraduate and graduate scholarly research and creative activities by recognizing outstanding student accomplishments throughout CSUSB.Who May Apply: Undergraduate or graduate students currently enrolled at CSUSB, as well as alumni/alumnae who received their degrees Spring, Summer, Fall 2014 or Winter 2015 are eligible. Presentations from all disciplines are invited.

       • College of Social & Behavioral SciencesHow to Apply: Students who wish to participate in the student research symposium are required to submit the following:
       • Registration form
       • Faculty sponsor supportNote: To be eligible, students will need the support of a faculty advisor. The faculty sponsor will assist you with questions about your research/creative activity.Presentation: Students will present their work either orally or by poster. Students will compete by class standing for best oral and poster presentation. For information regarding presentation guidelines, please visit osr.csusb.edu.Award: Based on the recommendations of symposium participants, a prize will be provided to the outstanding oral and poster presenter in both undergraduate and graduate divisions.Due Date: All applications are due Thursday, February 26th, 2015 by 5:00pm, in the Office of Graduate Studies, CH-123, (909) 537-5058. Questions should be directed to the same office.
