2014 Social Superstars Initiative Reporting Form

Instructions

You have reached the Social Superstar reporting form. Completing this form is the final step to become a Social Superstar. Please review the program requirements below before you move on to ensure you have completed each prerequisite.

Program Reporting Requirements

1.Complete the Social Superstars self-assessment. (one-time only. If you have completed in previous years, skip this step. If you have not completed the self-assessment, do so before proceeding.)

2. Participate in Social Superstars post-assessment with ClimateWise representative. (one-time only)

3. Impliment three initiatives within the reporting year, each representing a different Element of Social Impact. (annually)

4. Report your initiatives. (annually)
