VNAA Health IT and Telehealth Survey

The purpose of this survey is to have a comprehensive understanding of home health and hospice providers’ use of Health IT and Telehealth/Telemonitoring. This information will help inform the development of policies that advance new care delivery and payment models and efforts to obtain federal support for the adoption of these technologies. These results will also be used to develop a white paper on the state of health IT adoption in the home health and hospice sectors. VNAA is conducting this survey in partnership with Intel. Responses will be aggregated and de-identified and will not be attributable to any individual provider. Neither agency contact information nor specific responses will be used for marketing or other purposes. However, examples provided related to IT success stories or barriers to adoption or use may be used in the narrative of the white paper or as examples in policy documents.
