The Florida Council on Compulsive Gambling in partnership with Miami Area Geriatric Education Center (MAGEC) and United Way of Broward County Commission on Substance Abuse are pleased to announce a Call for Presentations for our upcoming 18th Annual Conference to be held in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

In crafting your presentation proposal, we encourage you to consider our conference theme: Compulsive Gambling Awareness, Prevention and Treatment: Connecting the Dots in addition to the needs of service providers, gaming industry, higher learning, governmental agencies and law enforcement.

Conference Topics include:

o Intervention & Counseling Models
o Comorbidity Issues
o Responsible Gaming Issues
o Healthy Recovery & Relapse Prevention
o Other

* Submit all session proposals for consideration by Friday, January 23, 2015. We will begin the notification process shortly after receiving the submissions.
