2015 ORGANIZING EXCELLENCE AWARD (LOCAL) -- Please complete by Monday, February 9, 2015, by 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.

Please be sure to read the following information carefully before completing this application.

The NAPO Awards & Recognition Committee reviews all submissions to ensure that nominees meet the qualifications and eligibility requirements of this Award. Any nominee(s) found not to align with these criteria will be disqualified.

BACKGROUND
The local Organizing Excellence Award is presented to a local individual or group that has demonstrated outstanding values and achieved measurable results through their organizational efforts. This award is presented not only because of their achievement, but also because the results of their efforts are directly tied to their organizational capability. The search for worthy recipients may be considered in the following categories: Business, Community Service, Education, Family, or Humanitarian.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
1. Nominee’s practice must fall into one of the following categories: Business, Community Service, Education, Family, or Humanitarian.
2. Nominee must be an individual or group located in the state of the NAPO2015 conference (California) and must be willing and able to attend the NAPO Awards luncheon on Saturday, April 18, 2015, in Los Angeles, California.
3. Nominees need not be restricted to non-profit; the focus should be on their success as being a direct result of their organizational abilities.
4. This Award is not open to NAPO members. Nominee must be nominated by NAPO members only.
5. All applications must be completed by Monday, February 9, 2015, 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.

SELECTION PROCESS
1. Awards & Recognition Committee will review all nominations and submit recommendation to Board of Directors for consideration.
2. Board of Directors will take action on recommendation of the Awards & Recognition Committee.
