Beta Varsity Athletes 2014-15

Please submit the following form by Tuesday, February 10, to include your chapter in the spring issue of The Beta Theta Pi magazine.

2. College or University: *This question is required.

3. List the First and Last Name, and school year, of each varsity athlete in your chapter. Be sure to include which sport he participated in during the 2014-15 school year. Example: John Knox, 1839 (Football); Samuel Marshall, 1840 (Football); David Linton, 1839 (Basketball) *This question is required.

4. Do any of the athletes above have a unique story from this season? Share their story below and it may appear in the magazine.

5. Please upload any high resolution photos of your chapter's varsity athletes in action, or send them to kyle.grand@beta.org by Tuesday February 10, for possible inclusion in the magazine.
