Bed Bug Survey 2015

Page One

Dear Colleague: Over the past several years, NPMA has partnered with Mike Potter and the University of Kentucky to conduct regular surveys about bed bugs.  Industry participation has been strong, allowing us ot collect data on what pest management professionals are experiencing in the field in regard to bed bugs. So that we can continue to support the industry and consumers in understanding this pest, we once again ask PMPs operating in the United States to take 10-15 minutes to fill out and return this survey. Your feedback is requested by March 20, 2015. If your company has more than one branch, please answer only for the branch at which you are located or with the help of regional/district/other branch managers, please fill out a separate survey for each location. We will share results as soon as the responses are tabulated. We appreciate your support.
