CoBA Professional Mentor Program Application

Eligible applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Current CoBA student (business status) enrolled part-time or full-time
- Have a strong desire to be in a mentoring program
- Willing and able to coordinate monthly meetings with mentor

Talk about your chosen career field and what you'd like to do. Talk about companies or industries that you want to get into. If you are accepted to the program this information will be used to match you with your mentor.
