Welcome to the Etsy Teams Fellowship application for the 2nd round of 2015. Apply to take part in the program, which runs from April 1st through June 30th.
Teams are powerful feature here at Etsy. One we strongly believe makes our community a better place to be by encouraging connection with other members for any number of reasons including networking, education and fellowship. This program is an opportunity for Etsy Team Captains and Leaders to receive tailored resources to help achieve their team goals and build a strong community. We’re glad you’re applying!
As a fellow you will get materials to help you strengthen your team, improve your team members' shops and increase your leadership expertise. We have 4 awards available through this program. You will apply for one of the following:

Online Promotion Package: Developing a Social Media Campaign for Your Team - learn to boost your team’s visibility online. With this package, you’ll choose one social media platform to focus on with your team. By the end of March, you’ll have set up an account of your choosing and selected one or two leaders within your team to take on social media promotion for the next few months. You'll also learn the basics of how and why to run a campaign with your team.

Getting Organized Package: Promoting Your Craft Party - get the word out about your Craft Party. Whether your hosting a party just for your team members or one that's open to the public, learn the tried and true tricks of upping your party RSVPs. Get funds to hold a pre-party meeting just for your organization leaders and practice the DIY while also creating marketing photographs for Instagram, Facebook, and/or your blog. Learn the ins and outs of pitching your event to the press. By the end of the quarter, be rewarded with your best Craft Party yet.

Educational Workshop Package: Shop Critique Workshop - get more team members involved in your team activities by offering a team exclusive education workshop. Get tips on organizing and successfully executing an educational workshop for your team. With this package, we’ll guide you through recruiting an instructor, finding a workshop space, and setting a date for your event.

Selling Event Package: Your First Selling Event - get information for organizing your first craft fair for your team. Learn top tips from veteran craft fair organizers. By the end of the quarter, have an event space chose, a Facebook Event Page created, and an event committee elected from your team.
Completing this application should take about 15 minutes. We will begin reaching out to applicants with results and next steps on March 27, 2015. The program will run from April 1st through June 30th.
