Welcome to the Castro Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) parent/guardian survey. Your responses to this survey will help CVUSD evaluate the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) for 2014-2015, and assist in developing the LCAP for the next school year.
All responses will be kept anonymous and strictly confidential. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
